Vanessa Halasz, Esq.
Founder & Managing Attorney
Vanessa Halasz is an immigration attorney with experience in asylum, VAWA, T and U visas, adjustment of status, and removal defense. She graduated from the University of South Florida in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in sociology and earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2022. Vanessa has represented clients in both affirmative and defensive immigration matters, including filings before USCIS and EOIR.
Jennifer Counts, Esq.
Founder & Managing Attorney
Jennifer Counts is an attorney with experience in multiple legal fields including immigration, criminal, domestic and sexual violence, and victims’ rights. She graduated from the University of South Florida in 2014 with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law in 2019. Jen is passionate about her faith, family, children, friends, and Colombian culture.
